I have it checked to receive em. I noticed this the last couple days. I'm guessing there mite be some odd bug/glitch. Is anyone else noticing that?

Have you tried unchecking the box to get notifications, leave it a day or so. Then go back & check the box again? Sometimes a little Bug can be fixed this way, though not always.
